Planning an Austin armour gathering

So the lowish turn out and some issues with folks not quite getting the focus they wanted at the Armour In has prompted me to re-visit a plan to host an Austin Armour Symposium. Max has already agreed to teach. I think Jovian might be nudged to if we can find the right topic. I'm hoping to hit up other folks. Right now I'm thinking it should take place in January opposite Red Tape, since I have so very little interest in going to that.
Now I have to clear things with Stef, invite folks to teach, and publicize it.
